ServerForge

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

ServerForge ("we", "us") builds Discord servers from your answers or description. This policy explains what data we handle when you use getserverforge.app and the ServerForge Discord bot.

What we collect

How we use it

What the bot does in your server

When you add the bot it receives the permissions you approve. It creates channels and roles, posts the welcome, rules and panel messages, responds when members press its buttons, sets up Discord AutoMod rules, and reads the server audit log to post moderation logs in your log channel. The bot does not read the content of members' messages.

Storage and retention

We do not keep a database of your servers or your designs. Your design is held in your own browser while you build and is sent to Discord during the build. Temporary signed tokens (for payments and ads) expire within hours. Your browser stores a few small preferences (for example your cookie choice) in local storage. Data inside your Discord server is stored by Discord under Discord's own privacy policy.

Service providers

Ads and cookies

The free plan shows short rewarded video ads before a build. Advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure ads, and, where you allow it, to personalize them. When you first visit we ask for your choice: "Accept all" or "Essential only". You can change it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. Learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your choices and rights

Children

ServerForge is not directed to children under 13, and Discord requires users to meet its minimum age.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
