ServerForge

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

By using ServerForge (the website and the ServerForge Discord bot) you agree to these terms.

The service

ServerForge designs Discord servers and builds them in a server you choose, and adds built-in bot features. ServerForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

Plans

Refunds

If a paid build fails because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the payment.

Building into your server

You must have permission to manage the server you choose. If you enable "Start clean", existing channels and roles in that server are permanently deleted before the build. Discord does not let these be restored, so only use it on a server you are ready to reset.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not use ServerForge to create servers for illegal activity, harassment, hate, spam, scams, or content that sexualizes minors. We may refuse service or remove the bot from servers that break these rules.

Content

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. AI-generated designs, icons and banners are provided for you to use in your server.

Third-party bots

Links to other bots on our site are provided for convenience. Those bots are run by their own owners under their own terms.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use ServerForge after an update means you accept the new terms.
